Prayer to Saint Cecilia

O glorious Saint Cecilia, virgin and martyr, you who sang in your heart to God even in the hour of your martyrdom, intercede for us before the throne of God. Help us to praise God with our lives and to use our gifts in His service. Protect musicians and all who dedicate themselves to sacred music. Obtain for us the grace to keep our hearts fixed on God amid all the trials of life. We ask for your intercession, especially for (mention your request). Amen.
